| Can I ship to a different location?
When you click on 'buy now' or 'add to cart', you will be served a page where you can to fill out billing information. there is an opportunity to enter a different "ship to"-address. note that this is not acceptable in all cases.
What is the delivery time?
We want to provide you the best service possible. We make the effort to get your artwork to you as fast as possible.
Jewelry, prints, limited editions, photography and 'ready to go' similar can be shipped within on the same day or the next day.
For larger paintings which require extra packing, we like to have an extra day, but still anticipate a delivery time of approximately 7-10 days, plus customs time, say 2 weeks for unaltered original artwork.
Some artwork is on show at the time of your purchase and you may need to wait till the end of the exhibit).
When an artwork is to be tailored to your order,
we expect a 2 to 4 week delivery time. We will keep you informed of
the shipping status of your order.
How do your packing and shipping charges work?
Artwork shipping rates are based on actual shipping and packing costs. While we have general guidelines, sometimes we have the opportunity to lower 'average' shipping rates as the packages are lighter and need less packaging, eg. for jewelry items.
As soon as you click the 'buy now' or 'add to cart' button, you will be shown what our estimated shipping costs are for the items you have selected. If actual shipping costs vary significantly from this amount, you will be contacted promptly.You will know your actual shipping charges before you commit to your order.
International customers are responsible for paying any duties or import taxes. Please email us ahead of time for actual consigns.
Often our packing and shipping charge is just a contribution to the greater actual shipping cost incurred.
Artwork can be bulky, is delicate and must be well-protected, so that sometimes actual shipping costs can be high.
You as a customer will be charged an as low as fee as is reasonable and possible.
Our moderate shipping charges reflect our philosophy of being a community service and of offering great original art work to you at affordable prices.
What if i receive damaged artwork?
Fortunately this is rare, and we are truly sorry if it were to happen. in this case, please e-mail us at MarketingFineArt@eArtfair.com and we'll help you return the art. All returns are required to rewrap the art in the original packaging material.
We will ship an equivalent replacement to you at no extra charge if and as soon as possible, or you will be reimbursed for your purchase, as is suitable.
In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
