In my paintings, I focus on meaning rather than building contours. For example, I painted some of the most stunning flowers adorning the gorgeous gardens of the Santa Barbara Mission in California. As I choose to paint them, the flowers are symbolic reflections of the spiritual healing and rituals that take place at this site.

They have been made with the intend to be healing for its viewers.While simple on the surface, well-wishes are woven into the fabric, as each painting received a Reiki treatment and contains a healing for all who see the work, as appropriate and accepted.
